I hope everyone has a fantastic rest of the weekend and a most enjoyable week! Thanksgiving this week in the US, so I'm looking forward to that. My turkey has been defrosting in the fridge since Friday. I keep my laundry room fridge extra cold, so it usually takes a good week for my turkey to thaw out.

And now it's time again to Take a Guess!

Hmmmmm .... The back of one of your toads? ;-) Actually, it kind of looks like a piece of peanut brittle, which from this closeness and angle does not look at all appealing! :-)

I think this is a gourd.

It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving is already upon us, which means the Christmas/Holiday Season is right behind. I've already witnessed Holiday shopping crowds and one of the local radio stations is already playing all Christmas music all the time...Ugh! I Love this season but the way it's getting pushed earlier and earlier is starting to get on my nerves.

Hmm. I keep thinking it is some sort of pastry with glaze on it.

My first thought was peanut brittle, but it's likely wrong. If there wasn't so much behind the bumps, I'd be thinking a pie crust.

I’ll skirt around the unlikely possibility it is toffee-coated baked toad and go for a glazed and dusted gourd.

this is impossible, or impossibly difficult but maybe it comes with a little bit of mould?
