Camera - Konica Minolta 70
Film - Kodak Max ISO 100
Shutter Speed - ¼
Spot reading
Aperture Setting - f-9.5 Aperture Mode
Lens - Sigma 105mm macro/portrait lens
81A warming filter
Scanning Method - My scan from my cheap little hp officejet 5510v all-in-one copy/scanner/faxer/printer

Yesterday’s shot was, just as patty said. It was a blue m&m. Both images were taken with the same lens as today’s and all three extension tubes. Very long exposures, as my kitchen wasn’t too bright. For yesterday’s shot, I bit the m&m in half. Oh my poor son. It was torturous for him to have to watch that blue m&m just sitting there on a Styrofoam plate having its picture taken and he wasn’t allowed to touch it. Oh, and thanks to nowords for his yummy recipe. I’ll be making that this week for sure!

After last months 66 hours of rain, the yard was full of mushrooms. You know I love to photograph my mushrooms. Next year I will be identifying all the mushrooms I shoot. I’m going to buy a book that will help me do so. Today, this moist little beauty goes unidentified. It was still so flooded in the yard when I shot him, and very overcast. I added an 81A filter to warm things up a bit. I knew that and the fact that I was shooting with Kodak film would give me the color I wanted. Kodak film favors the red, oranges and yellows more than the Fujis do, and I will usually load up with Kodak when shooting under cloudy conditions.

Fantastic! Love them both.

How did you manage to not just pop the whole M&M in your mouth? I probably would have devoured the whole bag and never gotten the shot.

What a cheeky little ’room! Identifying mushrooms is no easy task, I find. This site, below, is of interest but it tends to just show how difficult it can be. Regard all as deadly poisonous, btw.

Well, you do know your films! What a handsome 'shroom! As for yesterday's guess, I had no clue. I would have never, ever guessed a blue M&M. My imagination doesn't strech that far!

Your wild mushrooms are so pretty...our's after too much rain are boring except for the black ones we had after a few days of rain in Sept.

M&M's I give up that sort of thing every time I go to the dentist! Still not as bad as Mentos and Diet Coke. Have you seen: http://eepybird.com/dcm1.html

Delicious colors, although I'm not sure I'd chance eating that 'shroom!
