So, I decided for now my theme for Wednesdays will be color. Today, the old boat returns as my first post for my color themed day. I’ve posted so many shots of this boat on Tuesdays, so I’m done with it over there. This foggy morning proved not to be much of a sunrise in the way I had wanted it, but it did color the entire scene down at the landing in such a lovely and delicate shade of pink for almost ten minutes.
In reality, the photographer never actually sees the photographed image. Is this really your work, or a mechanical work of chance?
Nice shot Micky, not able to really enjoy the beauty of this shot though, thumbnail to smal, Enlarged image not clear.... Aaaahhh

I thought the pink was a lovely shade and clicked on comments ...read yours and then thought what boat? and had to go back ;-) Now I have looked at all the image its still lovely and the colour is still a wonderfull shade.
PS. Thats not a criticism of your shot that I didn't see the boat just my mind ;-)
Micki, I like the way you captured the lovely color of this scene. Good work! rob
Lovely color!
I think you need to clean your scanner though :-)
sorry micki, not feeling this one....7/10
I like the color of the sky and the fod on the water. Excellent shot!
That was the same shade of pink I had when I shot the Hawk a while back. It's a lovely shot. But I do agree your scanner is not doing your images any justice.
Lovely and romantic colors here...
the foggy make this shot look unique and beautiful....nice soft tone and pastel pink adding mood here:-)
"Pretty in Pink" ...a song, a film and a now an enchanting photo from Micki
Lovely soft color and a fine shot.
Perhaps one of your most beautiful photographs, if we ignore the scanner marks. The pastel wash colors are wonderful and I think the fluffy definition is all part of the charm with this one.
Gorgous scene and colour. Nice one.
A lovely soft foggy image Micki. The lovely pink is very washed out on my work monitor... I'll check again when I get home.
What a great location, one you can come back to time and time again.
Love the soft pastels you captured in this...misty, moody and beautiful!
Hmmmm, kinda spooky!
this is beautiful

I really like this shot. It seems so peaceful and tranquil. The soft color is great!
We want new post, we want new post, we want new post.
The ever impatient Subster :)
The water looks more like windblown snow, more like a solid surface - you can almost see the silence...
