I am very slow to change, did you think that of me? Speaking of not changing…I’ve recently purchased two film cameras in the past two months. One of them is just over ten years older than I am. Both are Minoltas, so not only am I not changing over to digital, I’m not changing camera brands either. More later on those cameras and a third addition (also a Minolta) I’m running some b&w through right now. This third camera was given to me this summer by a new, but very dear friend, and a great photographer as well.
Having said all that, though, it is time for a change. This will be the last A Smile for Wednesdays image. I haven’t “felt” this theme for a long time, so I’m switching things up a bit. Still bouncing back and forth between two or three ideas, but I’d better make a decision by next week, eh?
He is indeed smiling himself. If toads/frogs can smile. I like the smile series but can definitely relate to not feeling something. If you don't fell it don't do it.
Lovely eyes this guy has, beautiful shot.
Oh that is such a good photo. Mr. Frog seems to really be smilling :D
Cool shot.
I certainly look forward to whatever your next Wednesday theme is. :)
i really like to get into film photography specially with holga cameras. congrats for your new toys :D as for the shot... it's lovely. those eyes are really standing out. is that the frog pet that you daughter has or?
What a cutie! I love how frogs look like they are smiling!
Even us die hard non changers have to change once in a while! It just works better when it is on our terms LOL :-)

You would love the critters on Hawaii. They have big bullfrogs,Madagscar Day Geckos, Geckos, Sharks, Dolphins, Turtles... Let's go. I'm ready whenever you are!

This is an ultra-high note to fade your S4W series : a wonderful, happy portrait! I’m sure there will be plenty more smiles one way or another and I do hope the amphibians will never be far from a posting.
This guy definitely has a big smile, but also an eye on you! I look forward to your next Wednesday theme. So you like Minolta cameras; I cannot say I ever tried one although I have their wonderful light meters. Thanks for sharing and keep them coming 'cause some of us just love your blog! :)

How did you get him to smile at you and stay long enough to capture the smile?
