Yesterday’s photo was the window air conditioning unit to the post office in Ordinary that I posted on last Tuesday’s A Glimpse of My Town Tuesdays.

You’ve seen this little guy
closer up and in greater detail. Here’s a shot of him playing peek-a-boo with me. We spent quite a bit of time that afternoon doing this, actually.

I’m finally going through all of my prints and pulling out the ones that I haven’t scanned and posted. That’s why you’re just now seeing these shots. I took them back in July.

Have you ordered the latest issue of Lightleaks? Get ‘em while they’re hot!

Hi Mici, did you use a tripod to take these shots?
They don't look very neat.
However, i love the colors of this bug.
Have a nice day

I love the tones of the bug are matching the background he although different colours could merge into the plant so easily. I would love to take a shot like this but poking my face near a bug like that for a photo is not going to happen ;-)

Micki, that is a cool bug and I'm sure that you had a blast playing peek-a-boo with it! :-)

You have, through your photos and stories, formed an indelible association between bugs and toads. So that, now, when you shoot bug photos, all I see is toad food ... not to be confused with tofu! ;-)

I remember the jacket this little fellow was wearing before. Now, it is the antennae that amaze.

Lovely how the leaf has an almost velveteen appearance here - what a cooperative little bugger!
