I went out to shoot a little yesterday morning, although the sun didn’t make its appearance; and shot a little last evening. Then again this morning. I feel like a junkie who finally got a fix. Except for the clogged tub drain which is spewing out the most gosh-awful looking gunk at me as I plunger it, I’m in a good mood. Oh, and my orange juice that Kid #3 spilled into my dryer of clean washcloths. (Partially my fault.) Great mood!!
Anyways…here’s Take a Guess 18. Still unusually cool this morning! Enjoying this weather…tomorrow we’re back to hazy, hot, and humid!!
Things I’m Thankful to Cliff For… Long, cold weekends sitting in a small room inside of a large barn with the only source of heat being a pot belly stove, while listening to you and your friends talk about all the good times you had that year. *snore All the lessons I learned from that…how to avoid frostbite, hold my bladder (again), entertain myself with absolutely nothing to do, and how much I appreciate a warm home with a furnace that works.
It is something made of wood but I can't even guess what it is. Sorry I couldn't drop by lately, I have browse your latest work and it looks great as usual. I love your IR pictures.
Looks like it's part of an old table leg or chair leg.
You have some great photos here!
It's made of wood. Perhaps part of a piece of furniture or some detailed moulding.
Great DOF.
Yep... even before I saw the others comments I thought its was a table or chair leg (slightly worn, like anything good!).
Nice abstract shot!
Large table stand/leg? Looks like it hasn't been bunny proofed.
dunno exactly must be something made of wood (not that hard to see ;-)
A tricky one, wood yes, what exactly, don't know, no clues in your intro?
Well, it looks like everyone else has already made the obvious guess. I'll go with something a little more abstract: this is a lime that has been turned inside out, using a Panasonic upright vaccuum.
Not a clue -- looks like wood or book covers, but it is a mystery to me.
could be a mallet made of wood (a crazy idea i know)
a worn out piece of wood , which happens to be a leg on a table????????
random guess , haha , well , i guess i took a break , haha but im putting pictures up again , I LOVE THE COLOR! , nice job!
Stumped! Wooden for sure, but no clue otherwise.
my first thought was a faucet, so i'll go with that.
loved the baker & coca-cola toad images, and your 4th of july post!
is it possible to have a small picture of it beside this comment window?
It looks like a wooden column, if it's not a macro shot. However it has sharp focus, so probably it is, then it's leg of a wooden chair. :-)
My reckoning is the foot of a table leg but I’ll admit to being influenced by guesses above.
Made of wood... But what is it? Have no clue :)
Old furniture! :)
Looks like a table leg? Nice abstract though.
Bench.
GREAT GREAT SHOT!!
Hmm, without looking at the other comments, I'm going to have to say that this is the edge of a well worn piece of furniture, perhaps a dresser?
Paul
Missed this yesterday but would probably have said "old sandwich".
