Things I’m Thankful to Cliff For…. The great BBQ’s we’d have once the garden was in!!
Does she have legs? I'm almost afraid to ask, knowing the lengths you go to for the right shot!
Har har, the word verification is "yngx hogs"!
Well.. if it looks like a duck, and sits like a duck... its a good shot! :)
i like color and pattern on the ground...nice capture:-))
Great shot Micki
Just a duck, yet a wonderful soht!
I love it micki, it looks perfect.
GREAT GREAT GREAT SHOT!
You have a great day too!
Quack, quack! Love ducks they are so cute.
I love ducks, so I'll easily love this picture. Very nice.
such a pretty girl :)
i like the dof here..
and how she looks so very subtle..
You said "just a duck" but I say "a really nice one" :)
There is no such thing as "just a duck." All ducks are totally wicked. If it was up to me, everyone would have pet ducks instead of those stupid little dogs that bark at absolutely everything.
What a sweetie. Love the focus on this one Micki. Have a great day yourself. Chris

And a lovely girl she is!
lovely shot, micki!
Proud, home-loving, ambitious and a good mother, I’m sure. Walks, runs, swims, flies to great purpose . . never ‘just a duck’ but sure a nice little pic.
Like the DOF on this. Nice shot.
Wonderful captured. Great colours.
Just a female Mallard "Just"???
Okay correction;
"Just a beautilfully capturef female Mallrad...."
lovely captured :)
Suby
Lovely! So simple and yet detailed. Love it.
I like the natural pose of this duck.
Interesting that in the Duck world the male is prettier than the female !
Excellent - a perfect example of textural interplay. The DoF choice 'floats' the duck on that field of stones...
