What Teens Do...

My teen sleeps a whole lot more than she talks on the phone, but I wasn't permitted to post any sleeping pictures.

This month she had the orthodontist put green bands on her braces. They were red and green for the holidays.

Love this...It really captures what teens are about.

I can relate...somewhat...I have 3 boys, 20, 15,& 13.

My youngest had the green bands last month, he got black ones last Tuesday.

They all hate getting pics taken...It is very frustrating, so I usually have to try to sneak it.

Interesting perspective and look at teen culture; I like how the focus is on the braces. Great shot. Regards, Brent

This is a good composition which would sell well as stock photography. THe image also represents something which is so true about teenagers and mobile phones.

Well i'm SLIGHTLY past teenage now and finding the amount of time i spend on the phone drastically declining. So yea i guess teenagers do talk a lot over the phone.

But i still hate being pointed at with a camera. Despite my interest in photography, i just don't know what to do in front of the lens.

Hm. Looks exactly like my 16 year old sister in law. At least she's not on myspace!

Great capture- I could definitely see this as a stock shot- you should look into corbis.com Your stuff would do really well!

Those braces are almost a fashion statement... my son was happy when the dentist announced he would need to wear braces.
I find those quite ugly, but then I belong to an elder generation. My wallet wasn't too happy either ;-)

Certainly, for me, the braces make this picture, especially with the caption you gave it.

A visual summation of a contemporary teenager.

Good work!

I "inherited" Jessica's (22) cell phone because she was burning up the minutes and then some on that plan. LOL. She has her own plan now. Unlimited. Don't get me started on ring tones! :-)

Tena koe ehoa
Yeah what is it with girls and phones? Is there a devine intervention us males don't know about? Or is it a conspiracy plan to make us think you ladies aren't watching what we're doing? :)
Either way we can't win! :(

It passes the message 100% hehehe, yeap, teens are crazy with their mobiles, here they sleep with them, eat with them and if the mobile is out of order they may go crazy...I didnt even had a mobile phone when I was a teen...at least until 17th years old ;)

I had blacelets too... :)

Love this shot, what else are teens going to do these days? Better them talking on the phoen at home than them out causing mayhem :)
