Just a little fun shot today. This one was taken last weekend. I was waiting for the sun to come up, so I turned around and took this picture. I was standing in front of The Yorktown Pub. It had only closed up a few hours ealier. The lot still smelled of beer. Anyway, looking at it this morning, this photo makes me hungry for a burger.

Minolta Maxxum 7000 Kodak Ultra Color ISO 400 1/15 f-8 Program Mode Sigma 70-300mm zoom lens @ 130mm

and so another week begins...have a great one!

It is a fun shot. If it weren't for the condiments in the window, I would have thought the building to be abandoned. Looks like it needs a bit of work, at least a good scraping and painting.

Have a great week too!

Great composition. Love the subject matter too...especially the worn paint on the window. Definitely creates a mood.

Mmmm. Pub.
This is a great shot. I love the way the light is reflecting in the window but not obscuring the shot. I love how you bring variety to your work everyday- always trying new stuff!

I would have not thought it's a pub. For awhile, I thought it's a window from a paint gallery or something. Weird, but this image makes me think of other things beside a pub that is...

I wouldnt have guessed it was a pub! The framing makes it an amazing shot!

A pub...but nary a beer in the picture! You've let me down.

Actually, just a picture of a beer would be more of a tease than anything else, so I guess it's quite OK.

(Nice shot, by the way.)
